What does the chatbot look like and can I customise it?
The chatbot is designed to be very similar to popular mobile chat apps. We want respondents to feel like they’re in a familiar and comfortable place so that they feel confident to share their thoughts. To discuss adding your branding to the chatbot interface then please reach out to the team.
How do I send out a survey?
When you create a survey you’ll get a link. If you’ve decided to self-recruit then you can share this link anywhere you think your respondents will be. But we think the best option is to send an email campaign to a segment of a customer database.
How many responses do I need?
Scoops surveys are designed to collect qualitative data. That means you can get great results from as little as 20 responses. In all cases if you’re targetting a niche audience then you’ll get better insights no matter how many responses you get.
What happens if I hit our response limit?
Currently, we have not enforced limits to responses and your survey will collect all responses that come in. During beta we’ll be monitoring usage manually and will reach out to discuss your options should you go over the responses limit to your pricing tier.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we’ll refund you the difference already paid.
